Wednesday, July 3, 2024 – Arrival
This is a flexible day. Check into the hotel and relax. The reception will begin around 6pm. We are looking for a restaurant in the Domain to host our party but we need an approximate count so please register as soon as possible.
After the reception, we can regroup at the Westin where we will do what we do! (board games, dominoes, bid wisk. and shots etc)
Thursday, July 4, 2024 – Family Cookout

Friday, July 5, 2024

- BBQ and Brews, Family Scavenger Hunt, 12 noon – until
Join us as we enjoy a Texas staple – BBQ. Texas is known for smoked brisket, ribs, sausage and pulled pork. We will try several famous restaurants and breweries throughout the afternoon. As you move across the city, keep your eyes open for the items on your list because there will be prizes for the winning team.
